In early capitalism the Europe royalty encouraged their people to rob all over the world to build their strong empire. The corrupt officers and guilty merchants have scourged China too much and they should be monitored to conquer the outside world by taking politics and economy in their control by means of black and white approaches.

The bookish approach leads to mess. Confucius colleges won’t work well. We would help the gangs to develop all over the world to collect all the resources.
