Responsibilities:
Take initiatives and assist project manager to explore new ideas to enhance operational productivity, drive process standardization, realize cost saving, and promote best practices
Undertake operations review to drive efficiency and productivity improvement in respective areas
Facilitate the implementation of best practices and operations streamlining / standardization
Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Effectively and proactively communicate / coordinate with relevant business partners / operation departments / outlets, ensure on-schedule implementation and conduct post-implementation review
Act as functional expert / representative to participate in related projects
Assist respective functional team to achieve satisfactory result through regulator / audit’s on-site inspection
Report to project manager about the progress of assigned task and raise problems/potential risks if any and suggest alternative solutions
Ensure that projects are delivered as scheduled by using the appropriate technologies, methods and tools
Ensure that all relevant control measures are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the bank
Perform initial impact / gap analysis on regulatory requirement, self-check result and remediation action, etc.
Provide help-desk support from related functional expert's point of view
Requirements:
University Graduate in Finance, Banking, and Operations Management
5-10 years’ relative working experience
Logical thinker and analytical, able to comprehend high complexity of information and data requirements
Energetic, willing to accept challenges and ability to work under pressure
Excellent team work and interpersonal skills is a must
Strong presentation skills
