Responsibilities:
Act as business analyst on defined operation areas, provide total project solutions and ongoing system and procedural support for respective customer groups
To assist project and system implementation manager to drive operational changes, support project implementation and act as workflow designer for respective customer groups in the Bank
To assist the department head and manager to fulfill the role of IT Relationship Manager to provide consultancy advice and coordinate project priorities for respective customer groups in the Bank
To minimize operation risk/compliance risk exposure by ensuring that Group standard control practices/Regulatory requirements are included in the system and operation design.
Contribute to end-to-end reviews on operation flow to drive up productivity
Coordinate user testing to ensure quality of the new solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
3 years’ banking operations experience in operations or business support functions.
Prior project management or regulatory reporting experience is an advantage
Logical thinker and analytical, able to comprehend high complexity of information and data requirements
Genuine interest in designing workflow and system instead of a follower
Energetic, willing to accept challenges and ability to work under pressure
Excellent team work and interpersonal skills is a must
Strong presentation skills
