职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for coordinating the compliance risk management at branch level.

Coordinating the implementation of internal policy/external regulatory requirements in Wuxi branch.

Work closely with country compliance teams in executing the country compliance program/plan.

Acting as the first point of contact with regulators on their inquires, surveys and onsite inspections.

To keep the senior management informed on an ongoing basis of the quality of compliance in the branch’s businesses, compliance deficiencies, and the status of corrective actions.

To act as the principal interface between the branch and country Compliance in order to communicate compliance policies, information and requirements to employees; provide consultation and guidance to employees on compliance question/issues; and provide information to the country Compliance Office, or regional office, as needed, regarding the state of compliance in the branch.

Provide compliance training in line with the assessments of training needs from businesses in branch.

To liaise with regulators and review and respond to their requests and comments, or ensure that this responsibility is covered by another function in the branch.

Coordinate for regulatory approval when required.

To ensure that incountry AntiMoney Laundering monitoring and knowyourcustomer procedures are performed well in branch as required by the Citigroup Global AML Policy and Regional/Local AML and CIP Procedures.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

More than 3 years experience in banking industry

At least 2 years in Compliance and Control, audit or risk management role/function

Good relationship with regulators

Good English and computer skills

Strong verbal and written communication skill

Good analytical skills
