ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Build customer base and revenue by implementing marketing programs and developing prospecting channels in specific region markets;

• Identify business opportunity and strategic initiatives for Commercial Bank business growth, and work closely with regional sales and local sales team to drive local activities to acquire and maintain customers

• Plan and organize a wide range of marketing activities, including country-level VIP customer event, and regional client conference, road shows, seminars and hospitality events for Commercial Bank;

• Business database build up and management, and provide time sensitive market research and prepares recommendations on business development

• Manage the marketing budget to ensure accuracy and maximize cost-effectiveness;

• Work with marketing team of other regions on the corporate marketing initiatives such as marketing program, events and corporate marketing materials

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree or above

• A minimum of 3 year communications and/or marketing management experience, preferably in a financial service environment

• Highly self-motivated individual with a strong solution-orientation; ability to perform well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

• Hands-on experience in events organization, corporate branding, marketing research and some knowledge on Public Relations;

• Possess people and project management experience, and good knowledge of the banking industry, able to concisely articulate and explain banking product needs and solutions

• Good command of Chinese and English in both oral and written communications
