职位职能: 个人业务客户经理 市场/营销/拓展专员
工作职责:
- 拓展并拜访目标客户,以促进个人理财产品的服务与销售。
- 通过电话营销以及渠道开拓,开发潜在客户。
- 参与并实施行所理财讲座、渠道推广等促销活动。
- 提供电话银行服务,处理客户咨询。
职位要求:
- 大学专科或以上学历。
- 1-2年销售及市场营销工作经验,具外资银行工作经验者优先考虑。
- 具客户服务意识,性格外向进取,善于与人沟通,能承受工作压力。
- 中、英文程度良好。
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect and visit the target / potential customers for the expansion of our personal financial services
- Perform telemarketing calls and channel development for exploring new customers
- Conduct outreaching sales activities such as seminar and channel promotions for increasing customer base
- Provide quality phone banking services and handle customer enquiries
Requirements:
- College’s degree or above
- 1-2 years' experience in sales or marketing, preferably gained in foreign banks
- Strong customer service orientation, out-going and aggressive personality, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
