招聘岗位1：QA Manager 基本月薪10,000-15,000元

Job Description：

1.Manage a team of employees to define and effectively implement company quality systems

2.Liaison with customers regarding concerns, continuous improvement and engineering changes

3.Liaison with production, engineering, customer,including product development, continuous improvement

4.Track and Report Quality performance

5.Manage QC laboratory and complete evaluations

6.Control the product formulation documentation and the production floor paperwork

7.Release of products

8.Development and execution of the overall Quality Management program

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

1.University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or closely related physical sciences

2.8+ years related experience in the chemical and/or automotive industry

3.Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience preferred

4.Good knowledge of manufacturing methods and systems

5.Sound knowledge of quality systems and environmental requirements (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9000, ISO 14001)

6.Strong leadership and motivation skills

7.Fluent in both Chinese and English

招聘岗位2：Maintenance Manager基本月薪10,000-130,00元

Job Description：

1.Ensure facility and equipment safe and efficient operations

2.Increase equipment reliability to minimize downtime

3.Ensure the facility compliance with required standards

4.Establish maintenance standard towards maximum performance of equipment

5.Implement preventative maintenance. Develop continuous improvement

6.Identify current and future maintenance requirements

7.Analyze and develop recommendations for process and equipment improvements

8.Allocate resource to provide timely service on priority basis to ensure timely and quality repair

9.Maintenance cost control

10.Support project installation, commissioning and start-up

11.Ensure maintenance supervisor and technician work properly through effective coaching

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

1.University degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

2.5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment

3.Knowledge of tooling, machinery, assembly equipment, testing techniques and various manufacturing processes

4.Leadership, interpersonal and very strong communication skills

5.Analytical ability and problem solving skills

6.Pervious maintenance supervisory experience would be an asset

7.Planning and organization skills

8.Proficient in English

9.Good computer skills

10.Experience in the chemical and/or automotive industries would be an asset

招聘岗位3：化工操作工 综合月薪25,00-3,500元

Job Description工作职责：

1.Work in shifts 按工作安排进行倒班
