a：there are a few problems with the apartment. first, the faucet in the bathtub drips constantly.

b：i’ll ask my plumber to come by and fix it tomorrow.

a：also, one of the burners on the stove doesn’t work.

a：i can’t control the temperature. i think you’ll have to get an electrician.
